Electro-Permanent Magnetic Chuck Structure Design: Magnetization and demagnetization can be completed in 1–6 seconds. The chuck’s magnetic surface can evenly cover the entire machining area, allowing multiple rack workpieces to be processed simultaneously, thereby improving workflow efficiency. It enables five-sided machining, drilling, tapping, milling grooves, and forming operations to be completed in a single setup, greatly enhancing productivity and reducing repeated positioning errors to meet precision requirements. There is no temperature rise, so workpiece deformation due to heat is avoided, ensuring machining accuracy.
