Earth-Chain Enterprise Co., Ltd., established in 1988, is a professional manufacturer of magnetic workholding tools. Under the ECE brand, the company markets its products across five continents, with agents and distributors in over 40 countries and more than 50 domestic and international product patents. It has accumulated multiple key core technologies combining permanent magnets and electromagnets. Currently, over 50% of its products are customized. To meet the demands of the automated smart machinery market, the company actively integrates CNC machine tools, magnetic workholding control systems, and robotic automation peripherals. It was also the first to introduce microcontroller chips into industrial automation control systems to replace traditional circuit board programming, achieving intelligent and precise control of current output. Its energy-efficient design consumes less than one kilowatt-hour per operation, making Yichen the only benchmark enterprise effectively applying magnetic workholding technology with smart energy-saving solutions in metal processing.
In 2022, Earth-Chain completed the expansion of its “AI Intelligent Automated Machine-Magnet Network Smart Factory,” integrating CNC precision machine tools, robots, and its self-developed magnetic workholding systems into a fully automated production line capable of continuous 48-hour operation. This increased production efficiency by 2.5 times, achieving the goal of a truly “lights-off” automated smart factory.
