When machining non-magnetic workpieces using a magnetic chuck, the workpiece is first fixed onto a magnetizable auxiliary block, which is then clamped by the magnetic chuck. Alternatively, non-magnetic fixtures such as a vise can be used and held in place by the magnetic chuck. During machining, the cutting tool moves without obstruction, allowing five-side machining, drilling, tapping, slot milling, and profiling to be completed in a single setup. This significantly improves machining efficiency while reducing repeated positioning errors and achieving high precision requirements.

We made special EEPM chucks required from customers. Customer can be purchase special EEPM chuck depends on the functions of the machine, workpiece and applications for increase efficiency and quality on machining.
