Pallet Changer

By using an Electro-Permanent Magnetic chuck, the workpiece can be clamped and positioned outside the machine. The pallet changer only needs to perform rapid pallet exchange, significantly reducing machine downtime and enabling simultaneous machining and loading/unloading operations. Without the need for conventional fixtures or bolt fastening, multi-face machining can be achieved, minimizing repeated positioning errors and making pallet-based machining more flexible and efficient. 

We made special EEPM chucks required from customers. Customer can be purchase special EEPM chuck depends on the functions of the machine, workpiece and applications for increase efficiency and quality on machining.
