Chuck Features:

• Electro permanent magnetic design. No electric power supply required to keep the magnetic force, never generate temperatures to affect the accuracy of workpieces, suitable for precision surface grinding jobs.
• The power connection will be automatic cut off when the magnetism is completed, effectively reduce the power consumption and achieve the purpose of energy saving.
• Resin-bonded structural face plate, minimizing the environmental burden.
• The reverse demagnetization design avoids the problem of workpiece's residual magnetism. Optional air blow system is also available for easily unload the workpiece after grinding processes.
• Strong and dense structure design, multi-layer waterproofing, excellent chuck strength and waterproof performance.
• A variety of magnetic pole pitch can be selected, suitable for various size workpieces. Large-scale or gantry grinder, and multiple chucks can be used in combination for gantry type surface grinders.
• A complete range of standard size chucks, and customized size chuck can also be provided to meet user needs, achieving the best cost performance.







Controller Features:

• Equipped with LCD display screen, can display controller information and chuck status.
• Can be connected to the cable control box for easy operation.
• Equipped with UL certified European standard power terminal block, can withstand 500V/32A rated voltage and current, safe and reliable.
• Equipped with a functional terminal block, the magnetization/demagnetization function and the magnetic force adjustment can be controlled via machine's main operation panel.
• 16-segment magnetic force adjustment, which can match different grinding operations and workpiece conditions, optimizing the magnetic force to achieve the best grinding accuracy.(The cable control box is 8-segment magnetic adjustment)
